Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

• Once a billing cycle has started, charges are non-refundable.

• Access remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Plan Changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at AJB’s sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure or billing error.
