2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All outputs, reports, dashboards, and insights generated by AJB Financial OS are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

  • Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice

  • You remain solely responsible for:

    • Financial decisions

    • Compliance with laws and regulations

    • Interpretation and application of outputs

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information from the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All data you upload is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the legal right to upload and analyze the data provided

  • You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data inputs.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

AJB Financial OS is offered via recurring subscription plans.

  • Billing occurs on a monthly recurring basis

  • Subscriptions remain active until canceled

  • Prices and features may change with notice

  • Access level depends on your active plan

Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of access.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds for the current billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

6. Platform Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime

  • Delays

  • Temporary outages

  • Maintenance interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

7. AI Limitations & Accuracy

AJB Financial OS uses artificial intelligence and automation.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain errors or assumptions

  • Results depend heavily on data quality

  • Outputs should be reviewed by a human before use

The platform is an analytical aid, not a decision-maker.

Use of AI-generated outputs is governed by our AI Disclosure & Usage Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, prompts, workflows, designs, and logic are the intellectual property of AJB Consulting Service.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reverse engineer

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Train competing systems using platform outputs

9. Confidentiality & Data Handling

We treat uploaded data as confidential.

  • Data is used only to generate requested outputs

  • We do not sell financial data

  • You remain the owner of your uploaded content

However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AJB Consulting Service is not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Business decisions

  • Missed opportunities

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJB Consulting Service from claims arising out of:

  • Decisions made using outputs

  • Violations of these Terms

12. Termination
